The LiftMaster Access Control Solutions L1 Training course provides an introduction of the LiftMaster Smart Access Control solution and delivers everything you need to successfully specify, install, and configure the latest Smart Video Intercoms and access control over the myQ Community platform. Ideal for Security Integrators as well as telecom and access control professionals to add to their portfolio and skill set.

Our free, 2-hour program provides best practices on specifying, wiring and installation of the LiftMaster Access Control Solutions hardware as well as configuration of the equipment in the myQ Community portal. The session offers a balance of  product demonstrations and configuration to ensure technicians leave confident in their ability to specify and install high quality intercom solutions as part of a fully integrated property management system and maximize the use of their time during the installation process.

Our expert trainers will demonstrate the full line of award winning LiftMaster Smart Video Intercoms and Access Control Solutions including myQ mobile credentials.

Here is the course outline:

1. Introduction and Agenda

This covers the course content and skills the learner will earn. This module should take 2 minutes to complete.

2. Access Control Hardware Offering

We will cover the full line of LiftMaster Access Control Products. This module should take 12 minutes to complete.

3. Now Available - CAPXLV2

You will learn about the latest offering from LiftMaster - Our upgraded Large Video Intercom. This module should take 5 minutes to complete.

4. Inputs and Outputs

You will learn how to connect various devices to our line of CAP products. This module should take you 30 minutes to complete.

5. Internet Connectivity

You will learn the basics of internet connectivity and bringing CAP products online. This module should take you 25 minutes to complete.

6. Setup myQ Account

Once CAP products are connected, you will learn how to add and configure them on the myQ Community web-based platform. This module should take you 20 minutes to complete.

7. myQ Community Mobile Credentials

Our award winning app, you'll learn how to set up and add people to use the app. This module should take you 15 minutes to complete.

8. Resources

Now that you have the basics down, we will go over resources available to help you succeed on all of your installs. This module should take you 10 minutes to complete.
